DestinationThane Rewards Policy

• The customer must book the site visit through the official website portal.
• As per the builder policy, the buyer must give booking credit to DestinationThane.
• Rewards will be allocated within 90 days of apartment registration.
• The company has the right to make the final decision for rewards in case of disputes.
• Rewards will not include cash and will be issued as prizes as per company policy.
• Prizes and rewards may vary depending on the promotional offers during a specific period.
• Rewards are determined based on the purchase price of the property.
• No customer can claim rewards until the company approves and validates the claim.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

• DestinationThane agrees to provide services, and the User agrees to avail them according to this Agreement.
• User acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitutes a binding agreement between the User and DestinationThane.
• This Agreement replaces all previous agreements between the User and DestinationThane related to the Services.
• The agreement becomes binding whenever the User accesses the Site or completes the registration process.
• The User confirms that they are 18 years of age or above.
